Open your license in the Freemius Customer Portal and pick the new plan from the Upgrade to dropdown. You don’t pay twice: when you upgrade a monthly or annual subscription, Freemius takes the unused part of your current period off the new price. The key stays the same, so nothing changes on your sites.
This works the same for Football Leagues Premium, Sports Leagues Premium, Sports API Hub and Tennis API Hub.
🚀 How do I upgrade?
- Sign in at users.freemius.com with the email you bought with.
- Click Licenses and select the license.
- In the right panel, click Upgrade to Lifetime, or pick another plan from the Upgrade to dropdown.
- Check the price in the checkout window and pay.
You can also start from wp-admin: the Change Plan link on the plugin’s Account screen opens the same plans.
How much will I pay? (proration)
The new price minus the unused part of what you last paid. The checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Freemius’ own example: a $10 monthly plan upgraded to a $100 annual plan halfway through a month gets $5 credited, so the first annual payment is $95.

Does my renewal date change?
Yes. The billing period restarts on the day you upgrade. Upgrade from monthly to annual on March 10, and the next charge is due on March 10 the year after. A lifetime upgrade ends the renewals for good.
Which plans can I choose?
Every plugin is sold as monthly, annual and lifetime, and all three cover the same number of sites. Prices change from time to time, so check the plugin’s page for today’s price:
