5 Steps to a Site That Runs Itself

One afternoon, most of it waiting for the catalog to load.

1

Install and Activate Your License

Upload the ZIP, activate the plugin, paste your license key. Standard WordPress, about 2 minutes.

2

Connect AllSportsAPI2

Subscribe on RapidAPI, paste your key, click Test Connection. About 5 minutes.

3

Load the Tournament Catalog

Once per sport. Tennis takes about an hour (around 3,300 requests), table tennis about 10 minutes. Progress is saved, so you can stop and resume.

4

Import the Tournaments You Cover

A WTA 1000 singles draw takes under 3 minutes, a Grand Slam singles draw about 12. Queue several and let them run.

5

Switch On Sync and Live Scores

Results, draws, rankings and head-to-head pages keep themselves current. You write the stories.

A Tennis Week Doesn’t Wait for You

The Problem

By Hand

  • Typing every set score, tiebreak and retirement for several draws at once
  • Brackets go stale between rounds, and the next order of play is out before you’ve caught up
  • No live scores without a data feed
  • Rankings change every Monday
  • Head-to-head records copied from other sites, wrong as soon as the two play again
  • Hold percentages and break points saved need point-by-point data you don’t have
VS
The Solution

With Tennis API Hub

  • Matches, players, pairs, draws and standings imported from AllSportsAPI2
  • The next round appears minutes after a match ends, live scores included
  • Live scores checked every 60 seconds by default, pages update without a reload
  • ATP and WTA rankings, official and live, refreshed in the background
  • Head-to-head pages build and update themselves
  • Statistics counted from point-by-point and match stats, labelled with where each number comes from

Frequently Asked Questions

The plugin doesn’t own the data. It reads it from AllSportsAPI2, a sports data API sold through RapidAPI, and stores it on your site. You subscribe to the API directly, so we never mark it up and never see your key. The Pro plan is $19.99/mo.

Pro ($19.99/mo) is enough for most sites, and it has no daily request limit. The Basic plan on RapidAPI won’t do: loading the tennis catalog alone takes about 3,300 requests, and a Grand Slam singles draw about 1,200 more.

Plugin + API. Annual ($119/yr) + Pro API ($19.99/mo) = $359 a year, under $1 a day. Monthly + Pro is $31.99 a month. Lifetime + Pro is $639 in the first year, then $240 a year for the API only.

Everything AllSportsAPI2 lists: Grand Slams, ATP, WTA, Challenger, WTA 125, ITF, Davis Cup, BJK Cup and more. You choose what to import. Each draw of a big event is its own tournament, so a Grand Slam gives you men’s and women’s singles, doubles, mixed, juniors and wheelchair draws to pick from. Most sites start with the two singles draws.

Matches, live scores, player and club pages, league standings, brackets where the API publishes them, the running point score of every game and a Match Statistics block. The provider publishes less for table tennis than for tennis, so there are no rankings, no season statistics and no head-to-head pages. It’s included in the same license and the same API subscription.

The tennis catalog loads once, in about an hour. After that, a WTA 1000 singles draw imports in under 3 minutes and a Grand Slam singles draw in about 12, at roughly 19 finished matches a minute. Imports run in your browser tab, so keep it open. If you close it, click Update later and it carries on without duplicates.

Live scores: checked every 60 seconds by default while matches are on. Next round: created minutes after a match ends, while live import is on. Results, draws and standings: refreshed by background sync. Sync runs on WP-Cron, so on a quiet site set up a real server cron job to keep it on time.

Partly, and the page says which part is which. Season totals, rankings and prize money come from the provider and cover the whole tour, with season statistics going back to 2023. Form, streaks, serve and return and the other site blocks are counted from the matches you import, and say “on this site”. Head-to-head records count every career meeting the API knows about.

Yes. The plugin prints its own responsive templates, picks up the Kadence color palette automatically, and every template can be overridden from a child theme. Page titles and descriptions go to Rank Math, Yoast SEO or SEO SIMPLE PACK when one of them is active.

Everything you import is stored in your own WordPress database. Pages read it from there, not from the API, so if the API has a bad day your site keeps showing everything already imported.

No, it’s a separate plugin with its own license, built only for tennis and table tennis. It doesn’t need Sports API Hub, Football Leagues or Sports Leagues, and it runs alongside them without conflicts.

2 live sites per license, plus as many localhost and staging sites as you need. Sites that share one RapidAPI key share its per-second limit, so run their imports one after the other.

WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and a paid AllSportsAPI2 plan on RapidAPI.

Yes, a 7-day money-back guarantee on every plan, Lifetime included. Reply to your purchase confirmation email within 7 days.
