Every plugin comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, on every plan, lifetime included. If the plugin isn’t what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. The easiest way is to reply to your purchase confirmation email.

This covers Football Leagues Premium, Sports Leagues Premium, Sports API Hub and Tennis API Hub.

🚀 How do I ask for a refund?

  1. Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or contact support for your plugin (links below).
  2. Tell us the email you bought with and, in a sentence or two, what didn’t work for you. It helps us fix it for the next person.
  3. We issue the refund through Freemius, our licensing partner. It goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How soon it shows up depends on your bank.

When does the guarantee apply?

Within 14 days of the purchase, when the plugin didn’t work out for you:

  • a feature you needed is missing
  • it didn’t work the way you expected
  • you hit a problem we couldn’t solve, including a conflict with your theme, another plugin or your host

Not sure if the plugin does what you need? Ask us before you buy. We’d rather answer a question than refund an order.

What happens to my site after a refund?

The license is cancelled, so its key stops working and the premium features stop on every site where it was active. Any subscription stops too, with no further payments. Your data stays in the database. Football Leagues and Sports Leagues keep running on their free versions.

Is there a free trial?

Sports Leagues Premium has a 7-day trial. It needs a payment method at signup, and the first charge comes when the trial ends unless you cancel auto-renew before then (Manage Your Subscription). The other plugins have no trial, which is what the 14-day guarantee is for.

I don’t recognize a charge. Should I open a dispute?

Contact us first. Most unrecognized charges turn out to be a subscription renewal, and we can refund a mistaken charge much faster than a bank or PayPal dispute runs. Send the amount, the date and the card’s last 4 digits, and we’ll look it up. Find your past payments under Invoices.
